Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
